Summit At Ski Lake Gated Community Association, Inc.
HISTORY
This homeowners’ association is incorporated as a Utah Homeowners Association. It was established on October 15, 2010, as a homeowners’ association for a neighborhood development in Huntsville, Weber County, Utah. Also commonly known as the Summit at Ski Lake HOA, fulfills the requirements of the Utah Homeowner Association regulations for the homes in a private gated community to the south of Pineview Reservoir in Huntsville, Utah.
This community is located in a beautiful area of Utah, known as Ogden Valley, to the east of the Wasatch Mountain Range, in Huntsville, Utah. The community is comprised of luxury homes on the hills overlooking Pineview Reservoir, and the communities of Huntsville, Eden, and Liberty. The area provides year round recreational activities including hiking, skiing, watersports, and fishing. The Ogden Valley consists of pristine mountain landscapes with communities of homes on large lots at an elevation of around 5,000 feet.

The Summit at Ski Lake Gated Community Association, Inc., consists of 32 homesites with a minimum of one acre each. Each property has views of the lake, valley, and surrounding mountains. No improved community facilities exist, such as a pool or clubhouse. The neighborhood has common property at the gated entrance to the community, and has private roads within the neighborhood, some with community landscaped circles. The gate, roads, and community property are maintained by the homeowners’ association.

WHO WE ARE
The Summit at Ski Lake Gated Community Association, Inc., is organized by The Summit at Ski Lake Gated Community (Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions and Reservation of Easements for the Summit at Ski Lake Gated Community Association, Inc., also called the CC&Rs) filed with Weber County. These CC&Rs create the structure and purview of the organization for the neighborhood. The purpose is to

own, operate, and maintain Common Area properties and facilities (Common Area) consisting of private roads, gates, utilities, and easements, and property and facilities thereunto appertaining in Weber County, State of Utah, for the use and benefit of the property in the Summit at Ski Lake Gated Community and expanded (Properties)

The bylaws establish a Board of Trustees, allow the Board to designate committees, establish property owner assessments, require annual meetings, require votes on changes to the board of directors, require votes on changes to the bylaws or the covenants.
